Who Can Register
We accept players from most provinces and territories in Canada, subject to a few important conditions. You must be at least 18 years old, and in some provinces 19 is the legal threshold, so it is on you to confirm your local age rules before you begin. We operate under licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, so access depends on local rules and availability may vary by province. If you are physically in Ontario, provincial regulation may restrict access.
To register, you must use accurate personal data that matches your official ID. We require a valid email, a Canadian mobile or landline number, and your current residential address. Each person can hold only one account with us - our internal checks flag duplicates quickly. Use of VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions goes against our terms and results in suspension and likely closure.
Creating Your Account
Opening an account usually takes around 10 minutes when your details are on hand. You move through three short forms, each one adding a bit more information.
Basic Details
Start by clicking the registration button at the top right of our homepage. The initial form asks for a username between 6 and 15 characters, using letters and numbers only, a password of at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters plus digits, your email address, and your preferred account currency. For Canadian players, CAD is the practical choice. There is also a field for a bonus code, which you simply leave empty if you do not have one.
Username availability is checked in real time. If your first pick is taken, an error message will appear immediately so you can adjust it.
Personal Information
The second step focuses on the identity data required under industry compliance standards. We ask for your full legal name exactly as on your government-issued ID, your date of birth to confirm age eligibility, your complete residential address including postal code, and a 10-digit Canadian phone number. You also select a security question and answer that we will use for account recovery.
All of this information is cross-checked later when you withdraw. If the details in your documents do not line up with what you submit now, it can slow down payouts and in some cases lead to temporary account limits.
Verification Steps
Once you send the forms, we trigger two quick verifications. First, an email goes to the address you registered. You need to click the confirmation link within 24 hours, otherwise support will have to issue a new one manually. After that, we send an SMS with a numeric code to your phone number. The code expires after a short period.
When both checks are done, your account becomes fully active. You can explore the lobby, add a payment method and make your first deposit. Real-money play is available as soon as the initial deposit clears.
Document Requirements
We do not ask you to upload documents during registration. However, before your first withdrawal we must complete formal verification. In the industry this two-step model is common practice: fast signup, then full checks before funds leave the platform.
What We Accept
| Document Type | Requirements | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Passport | Valid, unexpired, clear photo page | Color scan/photo |
| Driver’s License | Provincial, both sides visible | Color scan/photo |
| Utility Bill | Issued within 90 days, shows your address | PDF or photo |
| Bank Statement | Within 3 months, name and address shown | PDF or photo |
You upload files through the verification tab in your account settings. Each file must be no larger than 5MB, and we accept JPG, PNG, and PDF formats. All edges of the document should be visible in the image, and text must be readable without heavy blur or glare.
Our compliance team reviews submissions promptly. They check authenticity and whether the data matches your registration details. Once approved, you gain full withdrawal access. If a document is declined, we send an email explaining the reason - expired ID, cut-off corners, or a different name are the most frequent cases. You can correct the issue and upload again in the same section.
Security and Limits
In line with common market standards, we provide several tools to help you protect your account. You can enable two-factor authentication in the security area for added login protection. Responsible gaming limits are available as well: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from 10 CAD up to 10,000 CAD. These limits apply to every payment method on your profile and then reset according to the period you chose.
You may also turn on session reminders. These small alerts pop up after continuous play, with adjustable intervals from 30 minutes to 4 hours so you can keep an eye on time spent on site.
Payment Setup
Adding payment options ahead of time makes funding smoother. In the banking section you can register:
- Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
- Interac, using your secure online banking.
- eCheck, by entering your transit and account numbers.
- Neteller, linked to your wallet email.
PaySafeCard works a bit differently, you do not pre-save it - just type the voucher code when you make a deposit.
All payment data is protected using SSL encryption in line with industry practice. Card numbers are tokenized so in your records you only ever see the last four digits. If you change your mind about a method, you can remove it at any time from the payment management screen.
